You keep 100% of your ticket price
Set your ticket price however you like — that's exactly what gets deposited to your own Stripe account.
A 0% platform fee, paid by the buyer
At checkout, buyers see your ticket price plus a small platform fee added on top — never subtracted from what you set. The fee is calculated and collected automatically; there's nothing for you to do.
Payouts are released after your event
Your share of each sale is held until your event happens, then released to your own Stripe account. This protects both you and your buyers — it keeps refunds simple if anything needs to change before the event, and protects the platform (and other organizers) from fraud.
You control refunds to your buyers
If a buyer needs a refund, you issue it yourself from your admin dashboard — whether or not your payout has been released yet. It's automatic on our end either way.
